• Delivery: Usually 4–5 business days after dispatch; oversized pieces may require a scheduled time slot.
  
• Business days: Sun–Thu. Orders placed outside hours queue to the next business day.
  
• Tracking: Email/SMS updates with a live link from dispatch to doorstep.
  
• Packaging: Protective packing for safe arrival. Please inspect on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there’s any issue.
  
• Multi-box orders: Large or multi-item purchases may ship in separate boxes, each with its own tracking.
  
• Ready to hang: Framed pieces arrive with pre-installed hardware.
  

Returns & Exchanges

• Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items in original condition.
  
• Not eligible: Made-to-order/custom sizes are final sale unless damaged or defective.
  
• Exchanges: We’re happy to help—processed as a return + new order or as store credit.
  
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection (bank processing typically 3–10 business days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
