General Care for Your Art

A few simple practices will keep your art looking its best for years to come.

• Dusting: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth or a feather duster to gently clean the surface of your art.

• Avoid Chemicals: Never use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or abrasive pads on your artwork.

• Sunlight & Humidity: To prevent fading and material damage, please avoid hanging your art in direct, prolonged sunlight or in areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms.

Specific Care Instructions

For Metal Wall Art

Our metal pieces are protected with a durable powder coating for a premium finish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For any fingerprints, you can use a cloth that is very lightly dampened with water, then immediately wipe it dry with a separate cloth. Your metal art comes with a 5-year warranty on its finish.

For Framed Canvas Wall Art

Gently dust the canvas and the frame with a dry cloth or a soft brush. Never use water or cleaning products on the canvas surface. When moving the piece, always handle it by the frame to avoid putting pressure on the canvas. The colors on your canvas are protected by a 10-year warranty against fading.

Hanging Your Artwork

Before You Begin

• Positioning: A good rule of thumb is to hang art so that its center is at eye level, which is typically about 145-152 cm from the floor.

• Tools: You will likely need a measuring tape, a pencil, a level, and the correct nails or screws for your wall type (plaster, drywall, brick, etc.).

• Measure Carefully: Measure your placement on the wall and use a level to ensure your markings are straight before making any holes.

Hanging Metal Wall Art

Our metal pieces are designed for a straightforward installation. Most arrive with built-in hangers or include stand-off mounts that create a beautiful shadow effect on the wall. Simply mark the correct points on your wall, install the appropriate screws or wall hooks, and hang your piece.

Hanging Framed Canvas Art

Our framed canvases typically come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger or a hanging wire. For sawtooth hangers, a single secure nail or hook is sufficient. For pieces with a hanging wire, we recommend using two hooks in the wall, spaced apart, to ensure the artwork remains level over time.
