In Case of Damage or Incorrect Items

We hold an uncompromising standard for quality, and every piece is inspected before dispatch. In the rare and unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our client services team within 48 hours of delivery.

To ensure a fast resolution , please provide your order number and include clear photographs of the issue. We will immediately arrange for a free collection of the item and process a replacement or a full refund at your earliest convenience. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

For all other cases, you may return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging and materials intact. Please note that made-to-order pieces, large-format items from our metal and canvas collections, and items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact our client services team before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different piece, please inform our client services team when you initiate the process. Once the original item has been collected and inspected, we will dispatch your new selection. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
