Returns & Exchanges
  • Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items in original condition.
  • Not eligible: Made-to-order/custom sizes are final sale unless damaged or defective.
  • Exchanges: We’re happy to help—processed as a return + new order or as store credit.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection (bank processing typically 3–10 business days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
