Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: 1–3 business days to craft and prepare your piece.
- Delivery: Usually 4–5 business days after dispatch; oversized pieces may require a scheduled time slot.
- Business days: Sun–Thu. Orders placed outside hours queue to the next business day.
- Tracking: Email/SMS updates with a live link from dispatch to doorstep.
- Packaging: Protective packing for safe arrival. Please inspect on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there’s any issue.
- Multi-box orders: Large or multi-item purchases may ship in separate boxes, each with its own tracking.
- Ready to hang: Framed pieces arrive with pre-installed hardware.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items in original condition.
- Not eligible: Made-to-order/custom sizes are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- Exchanges: We’re happy to help—processed as a return + new order or as store credit.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection (bank processing typically 3–10 business days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- How to start: Email support@tarafdecorations.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send authorization and packing instructions; ship within 7 days of approval and share tracking. For damage/defects, include photos and keep all packaging.
